Sharing blackberry sorbet with the one
Deep relaxation laying, looking up at the tree leaves
with the bright stars shining through
Feeling fortified in our thin but strong
and durable hammock
Laying and sleeping through the night
in the comfortable nylon draping from two trees
Sitting on a blanket next to the duck pond as the sun sets
cuddling, laying down, and laughing
at almost nothing together
When the sun sets we lay and stargaze by the waterscape
Close together, feeling and enjoying the love in the comfortable weather
This is all we need, each other
by our sides through the night
and sleeping in through the morning
I like how the hammock in this scene kind of serves as a symbol of the "comfortable" feeling in this relationship. I like the lines at the end about sleeping in, having all you need in one another. Romantic.
